Yes. All bedrooms as well as the main living space have reversible air conditioning to keep a comfortable temperature, even in high summer.
Yes. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge on simple request when booking.
A private Type 2 charging station is installed in the villa parking area. Its use is included in the stay.
Yes. The pool is usually heated from April to October depending on the weather. It is equipped with a compliant alarm system. Children remain under adult supervision.
Pets are subject to prior approval. Please contact us before booking and specify the type and number of animals.
An end-of-stay cleaning fee applies to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. A security deposit may be requested on arrival or through the booking platform and is returned after check-out provided no damage is noted.
Cancellation terms depend on the booking platform used. For direct bookings, cancellation is fully refundable up to 30 days before arrival. Feel free to write to us for full details.
