Platform bookings
For any booking made through Airbnb, Booking or another partner platform, the applicable cancellation terms are the ones displayed and accepted on that platform at the time of booking.
Stay modifications
Any request to change dates or guest composition depends on the villa’s actual availability at the time of the request.
In exceptional situations, special requests may be reviewed case by case, without automatic approval.
Recommendation
For extra peace of mind, guests are encouraged to take out suitable travel or cancellation insurance before arrival.
